The Project Manager is to deliver multiple on-going projects, to the specified quality, the required programme and to the maximum commercial performance. The role also works closely with the Estimating Department, engineers and surveyor's to ensure that projects are completed in a safe manner, whilst ensuring customer requirements and expectations are always maintained or exceeded.
You will need to produce financial forecasts, monitoring and controlling project costs. Deliver projects from design phase to completion to include documentation handover. Ensure production and implementation of Project Plans, risk assessments, method statements, site waste management plans and procurement of plant and material are in line with company procedures.
Allocate HSE responsibilities and duties for site personnel, check understanding and provide training as necessary.
